NEW: Youth Archery – Sept 16-Oct 7

Recently added to our Fall lineup, Youth Archery is for beginner-intermediate participants, ages 10-15, and will be held in Whistlestop Park by the football fields. Here are the details:

Who? Any resident or non-resident, 10-15 years old. Maximum number of participants is 12.

What? USA Explore Archery Program taught by Tom Kelly (USA Archery Level 2 Instructor and Grandville Public Schools Teacher).

When? The dates for the program are 9/16/14, 9/23/14, 9/30/14, and 10/7/14 from 5-6pm.

Where? The course will take place in Whistlestop Park in the newly seeded area (West of the football/soccer fields) by the garden plots.  This area is out in the elements, so dress appropriately and wear shoes/boots that can get dirty/wet if needed.  Running water and bathrooms are not nearby, so please supply your own water/sports drink, as necessary.

Costs? $60.00 per participant (Normal cost for a program of this nature is usually $80-$100. We are able to defray these costs by generous support from The Michigan DNR, Cabelas, and the Archery Trade Association.)

Note: All equipment will be provided (bows, arrows, etc.)
